the real world

My corporate grind 8:30-5:30 has finally begun! And that means as I start my second week I can finally get into a schedule. Week one was very tiring but now I am starting to get in the groove. I have registered for a 5k 9/11 memorial run taking place on Sept 10. Time to starting training again! I have run intermittently throughout the summer but I can tell I need to get back into a regular routine. I will be using Jeff Galloway's 10k training program.



Let's see how I do!

Today I did cross training (elliptical for 30 min) and then jogged a mile (10 min).
